Copper-clad steel wire is composed of stranded copper-clad monofilament, widely applied for buried ground grid systems, overhead ground wire, and messenger wire
CCS wire is formed through electroplating method(taking steel wire as the core and depositing the copper layer evenly on the surface of the steel core) and cladding method (Cladding planished copper stripe concentrically on the outer surface of the steel core).
CCS wire can be divided into six types by conductivity, 15%CCS,18%CCS,21%CCS, 25%CCS, 30%CCS,40%CCS,and two mechanical status: Annealed (A) and Hard drawn(H).

After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~7 days. You can use your express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
3. What are your payment terms?
We normally accept a T/T 30% deposit and a 70% balance before delivery as the main payment terms, but other payment options can also be negotiated. Trade assurance is also available.
4. What’s the delivery time?
Sample order needs 3~5 days. Formal order depends on the quantity. Usually, it takes 7-30 days to get your payment.
